Viktoria Doseva starts her own professional path in 2014 within the field of property and contract law as Junior Legal Counsel at Notary office during her studies at Sofia University . She gains experience in verification of the ownership of properties and gives legal statements with references to complex legal issues like privatisations, confiscations, restitution of property and others.

After graduation she continues her practice with property transactions and construction processes and starts to work in the area of the financing, banking transactions and provision of collaterals too. Within that period she serves banks, individuals and legal entities, including real estate entrepreneurs, to conclude credit agreements and to provide any kind of collaterals. She has rich experience in negotiating and finalizing transactions all over the country.

Meanwhile she gains experience within the field of intellectual property and insurance law while writing drafts of judicial acts during her internship at the Sofia City Court.

After joining the Sofia Bar Association she starts her litigation practice by representing clients in court in civil, commercial and property cases. This allows her to enrich her legal expertise in these areas. In her practice as attorney-at-law she also develops her experience in litigation with consumers, including issues about credit agreements, while consulting and representing banks and financial institutions. She has provided legal representation in more than 100 cases. In her practice as attorney-at-law she assists creditors to collect the payments and thus gaining experience in the area of the order for payment procedure, legal claim procedures, formation and management of enforcement suits and procedures of appealing  private bailiff’s acts.

Over the years she provides assistance to individuals for starting their own business, including registration of legal entities, trade marks and others.

She also has experience in registration procedures in the Central register of special pledges.
